I am a Service and Graphic designer, with a diverse academic and professional skillset gained throughout my university, internship, and work experiences. Attending the RCA Service Design course, I have focused my experience in Graphic and Service Design, as both when used simultaneously can serve in almost any industry: the former developing primarily identities and visual outcomes, the latter allowing to have the user’s experience to interact with a specific client, its products, and systems, creating a long-term bond between the two parties, through reliability and positive feedback. The combination of my studies and work experiences, allowed me to develop a structured approach to creative thinking, and the capability to methodically search for suitable solutions to different problems depending on the sector of reference. A particular aspect, which attracted me to pursue a career in the design field, was the premise to be able to develop creative products and services with a strong personal identity, which could also be useful to people for everyday tasks and experiences. Despite having developed the necessary skills and knowledge to be considered a fully-fledged designer, I have and still am expanding my skills and methods, through the various professional roles which I have pursued, and the new ones I will undertake in the future.
