ABOUT
I am a Service and UX designer, with a diverse set of academic and professional skills which I have gained through my university courses and various professional experiences. During my university years, because despite the two sectors focusing on different fields, I developed an interest in both of them, as they could be used together to create positive effects for almost any industry. With UX design, I am able to create impactful user experiences by improving the usability, accessibility, and desirability of the digital interfaces which I am tasked with developing, thanks to techniques such as user research, prototyping, and testing. In a complimentary manner, my service design skills allow me to produce entire customer experiences across multiple touchpoints, which may include designing processes, systems, and physical environments. I am able to achieve this with methods which include: customer journey mapping, designing touchpoints, and testing.
Some of the studios where I developed my early professional experience include Wecomeet and Afterpixel for the UX field, and Unify and 1648 Factory for the UX and service one. Thanks to the combination of academic and working skills I know not only how to create a solid and interesting experience for a service or a product for their respective audiences, I am also able to take part in the development and the background work that undergoes in the creation of services from the ground up, as well as its upkeep. These two bases have benefitted me in developing projects for public and private fields, with clients ranging from the Ministry of Justice to the NIO car company, and even Google. The most recent employment I have taken at OFGEM has also allowed me to further enhance my tools and approach to understand and meet the industry's needs, which has allowed me to further prepare myself for any role I will undertake in the future.
